After months of waiting to meet their new little one, this beautiful family welcomed home the cutest little addition to their family and I had the opportuinity to capture this precious baby boy’s newborn portraits. I honestly love everything about newborn sessions, especially getting to see the parents (and siblings and grandparents) interacting with their innocent bundle of joy. I just love all the love. It’s truly a joyful time and it gives me all the feels.
While it can certainly be a very tiring time, it’s definitely a very exciting time bringing baby home and making them part of your family. They honestly change so much within the first few weeks. They start to become more alert, taking in their surroundings and life outside the womb. And, even after one week you may start to see their little facial features changing. I just love capturing all those details. Their cute little button nose, those tiny hands and little feet.
After only communicating via phone and e-mail, I finally had the pleasure of meeting this family on the morning of their newborn session at their home. They honestly couldn’t have been more warm and kind-hearted. Big sister of three years old was so loving. She was also a great little model and a very helpful assistant too!
